Terms of service

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the purchase of products on www.obseroeu.com, the online store of Obsero Cosmetics Europe S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B24740656, registered office at Calle Huerto Real 3, 03400 Villena (Alicante), Spain, email partners@obseroeu.com.

By placing an order you accept these terms. They are available in Spanish and English, and you can save or print them. We sell to consumers in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and in the European Union countries available at checkout.

2. Products

We sell cosmetic products from the A-Cure and Green Calming lines. Each product page shows its features, ingredients (INCI), directions for use and precautions.

Images are for illustration. The products are cosmetics: they are not medicines and do not replace the advice of a doctor or dermatologist. If you have allergies or very sensitive skin, check the ingredients before buying.

3. How to order

  1. Add the products to your cart and click “Check out”.
  2. Enter your contact and shipping details and choose a shipping method.
  3. Choose a payment method and review the order summary with the total price.
  4. Click the payment button, which means an obligation to pay.

We will send you a confirmation email with your order summary. The contract is concluded with that confirmation. You can correct any errors in your details before confirming the order.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order.

If we detect an obvious pricing error, we will let you know so that you can decide whether to keep the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways; Obsero does not store your full card details. Your payment is charged when you confirm the order.

6. Availability

If a product goes out of stock after you order, we will let you know and refund what you paid for it within 14 calendar days, or offer you a similar product if you agree.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, areas and costs are set out in the Shipping Policy. We will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from purchase.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your order, under the terms of the Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are paid by you. Cosmetics that have been opened or unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

9. Legal guarantee

All products have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). If a product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, write to us and we will replace it or refund your money, at no cost to you.

10. Liability

Obsero is liable for the products it sells in accordance with the law. It is not liable for damage caused by using a product other than as described in its directions for use and precautions.

11. Customer service and complaints

You can contact us at partners@obseroeu.com. We will reply to your complaint within one month. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request.

You can also contact the consumer arbitration board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) of your Spanish region or, if you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre of your country (ECC-Net).

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence if you are a consumer in another EU Member State. The courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.

In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails, without prejudice to your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
