Shipping policy

1. Shipping areas

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the European Union countries available at checkout. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside the European Union.

2. Delivery times and costs

Free shipping from €50 applies to mainland Spain only. Delivery times count from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared on the next working day. In any case, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from purchase.

3. Costs and taxes

The shipping cost is shown before you confirm your order. All prices include VAT. Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs duties.

4. Tracking

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the carrier’s tracking number.

5. Delays, missed deliveries and incidents

If your order does not arrive within the stated time, write to us at partners@obseroeu.com. If we cannot deliver it within a reasonable additional period, you may cancel the order and we will refund everything you paid.

If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a notice or try a second delivery. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you.

Check the parcel when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and let us know within 48 hours with photos. This helps us claim from the carrier but does not limit your guarantee rights.

6. Risk during transport

Obsero is responsible for the order until it is received by you or the person you have designated.
